Stocksy is looking for a Sales Lead to join our growing Sales & Customer Relations Team.

This position offers a great opportunity to be part of an incredible team of industry leaders. Reporting to the VP of Product, the Sales Lead will play an integral role in driving business growth through creative customer engagement.

Job type: Full-time permanent

  • Develop Stocksy’s distinct product positioning and pricing strategies through customer feedback and industry research

  • Work in collaboration with marketing, PR and creative teams to develop innovative customer communication strategies

  • Lead by example to drive customer relations and oversee localized programs in target regions

  • Work with Stocky’s executive and finance team to refine sales objectives to adapt to constant shifts in the marketplace

  • Support the optimization of Salesforce to maintain accurate reporting and visibility for the executive staff and fellow team members

  • Negotiate master agreements, contract terms, and partnership arrangements in tandem with Stocksy’s legal team

  • Continually improve Stocksy’s processes and automations for inbound and outbound sales to create the best possible experience for our customers

  • Represent Stocksy at conferences, trade fairs and networking events

  • Mentor a collaborative team of highly-motivated sales, client relations and regional account managers

You have...

  • A creative and inspiring mind   

  • 5+ years of professional sales, communications, business development, customer relations or related experience

  • Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience with values-based organizations (experience with co-operative business models a plus)

  • Experience working in a creative industry such as design, photography or advertising (agency experience an asset)

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce

  • Excellent attention to detail, adept at project management
