Your purpose…
This position offers a great opportunity to be part of an incredible team of industry leaders in design. Reporting to the Creative Director, the Intermediate Graphic Designer will play an integral role in developing ambitious and innovative design projects to build the Stocksy brand. Through collaboration with the marketing, content, and user experience  teams, you’ll be responsible for producing a wide range of digital and print designs to support the execution of campaigns.

Job type: 3 month hourly contract (with potential extension)

Location: Stocksy HQ (remote option also available with potential relocation after successful completion of initial 3 month agreement)

Hours per week: approximately 30-40 hours per week (hours may vary)

You are...

  • A beacon of fearless and inspiring creativity

  • A strong communicator and collaborator

You have...

  • A minimum of 5 years professional experience executing a wide range of print, social and digital design with very little supervision

  • Strong conceptual skills to continually amplify Stocksy’s progressive brand direction

  • The ability to self-organize with excellent project management skills

  • Unrelenting energy and enthusiasm to take ownership of projects (while still being receptive to feedback)

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Adobe Design Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop etc.) and social media channels (Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook etc.)

  • A strong grasp of digital platforms including Mailchimp and Wordpress

Desirable skills (but not required)...

  • Experience with swag design and online retail  

  • Experience working with video and/or motion graphics

  • Working knowledge of Sketch App

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies

  • Working knowledge of project management tools including JIRA and Asana
