Stocksy United is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager
to join our growing Creative & Marketing team.

Your purpose…
This position offers a great opportunity to be part of an incredible team of industry leaders in stock photography and videography. As Marketing Operations Manager you will be responsible for supporting the Creative Marketing and Sales teams with project management and effective campaign execution.

You will work closely with the Marketing Director to translate marketing plans into tactical business initiatives. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, strong communication skills and project management experience.

Hours: 9am to 5pm PST, Monday through Friday

Job Type: Full-time employee

You have...

  • 3+ years experience with digital marketing campaigns and/or working with B2B companies

  • Strong analytical skills including experience with Google Sheets or Excel, Google Analytics

  • Proficient with marketing automation tools and CRM, preferably Salesforce

  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS

  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment

  • Expertise with project management tools like Asana, Trello or Airtable

  • Experience with digital video experience is a plus

  • Ability to understand and apply context to data in order to identify trends and uncover opportunities. Proficiency with SQL plus.

Responsibilities…

  • Lead all major sprint activities for the Creative Marketing team including project planning, backlog maintenance and facilitating team meetings and check ins. Coordinate with Product Owner to conduct feedback for team members and shape the execution of the marketing strategy.

  • Facilitate the implementation of content marketing and social media strategy. Work with Content Manager to develop blog content calendar, meet partner editorial content deadlines and plan social promotion schedules.

  • Develop documentation and road maps for email marketing including optimize email workflows, A/B testing of copy and visual content, reducing subscriber decay, and segmentation on demographic and site behaviours.

  • Collaborate with the Artist Relations team to execute grassroots marketing and communication tools and assets for members, and assist with artist recruitment campaigns.

  • Support Outbound Sales team with event planning and coordination, collateral development and account based marketing campaigns. Manage third-party relationships with content partners, trade-shows and events.

  • Assist Inbound Sales, Client Relations and Creative Research teams with testing and optimizing drip campaigns, qualifying leads and improving customer retention.

  • Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems including marketing automation tools, CRM and project management tools.

  • Responsible for maintaining KPI reports across all marketing and sales activities.
