Your purpose…
This position offers a great opportunity to be part of an incredible team of industry leaders in stock photography and videography. As a Customer Success Manager you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by building proactive relationships with our clients. This role requires a high level of proactivity, perseverance, strong communication, and interpersonal skills.

          Hours: Full-time, 35 hrs/week, Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm

          Job Type: Employee

          Location: Stocksy HQ

You have...

  • 1-3 years of customer success management experience in a digital environment.

  • A strong understanding of Salesforce or related CRM tools.

  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

  • A helpful, upbeat, and authentic communication style.

  • A relatable sales style that aligns with our cooperative values.

You might also have…

  • Experience working internationally in varying geographic regions.

  • Spanish language proficiency.


  • Develop new contacts from qualified inbound SMB and Mid-Market prospects assigned from Marketing. Perform discovery calls to uncover new business, upsell on account features, and convert self-serve customers to prepaid accounts.  

  • Provide customer support for clients via email, telephone, and ZenDesk, including service as needed during stat holidays, peak times, and staff absences.

  • Resolve general client issues related to account, website functionality, technical, or business.

  • Work with Director of Sales & Marketing to negotiate master agreements, contract terms, and partnership arrangements.

  • Collaborate closely with the Creative Research and Marketing Operations teams to fulfill client content needs.

  • Assist Marketing in creating account profiles and personas for key accounts. Track all relevant customer information in the CRM to report on customer findings. 

  • Attend industry events, community meetups, and client meetings on Stocksy’s behalf.
