Your purpose…
This position offers a great opportunity to be part of an incredible team of industry leaders in stock photography and videography. As a Junior IT Administrator you will work with our IT Dev Ops team to find quick and effective solutions for IT inquiries.

          Hours: Part-time, 25 hrs/week, Monday-Friday 9:00am-2:00pm

          Job Type: Employee

          Location: Stocksy HQ

You are...

  • An excellent problem solver with strong project management skills.

  • Highly motivated to stay on top of the latest IT trends.

  • Excellent at communicating and collaborating in a team-based environment.

  • Exceptionally organized and can manage time effectively.

You have...

  • 1-3 years of professional experience working as an IT Administrator.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Windows, Linux, and OSX operating systems and common applications.

  • Hands on experience installing and managing IT hardware and software.

  • Networking expertise in a cloud environment as well as supporting local wireless and wired office networks.


  • Managing and responding to general inbound IT-related requests.

  • Assisting with logistics, planning, and IT set ups for new hires.

  • Troubleshooting, updates, and administration for finance-related IT.

  • Managing office IT infrastructure (wlan, routers, switches).

  • Ordering, inventorying, and implementing new hardware.

  • Account maintenance and audits.

  • Software updates, antivirus scans, and monitoring.

  • Network upgrades, administration, and VPN client support.

  • In-house systems monitoring and response.

  • Certificate and software license management.

  • MicroSites administration and security.

  • Other projects as required.
