                          Stocksy United is looking for a Junior Account Manager to join

                                               our growing Sales team.


Your Purpose:

As a Junior Account Manager you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by supporting and building relationships with clients. This role requires a high level of proactivity, perseverance, strong communication, and interpersonal skills.


Reports to: Sales Lead

Location: Remote

Role type: FT Employee

Hours: 35 hours/week, 9:00am to 5:00pm PST, Monday to Friday (or as agreed upon with Team Lead). There may be certain instances, such as attending industry events or catering to clients in different timezones, that may require the Employee to work beyond regular office hours or on weekends as part of the annual compensation. Some travel may be required. All conditions of employment will be in accordance with the BC Employment Standards Act.

You have:

  • 1-3 years of account management experience in a digital environment
  • An understanding of Salesforce or related CRM tools
  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • A relatable sales style that aligns with our cooperative values


Responsibilities:

  • Manage a list of existing clients and perform daily tasks to increase revenue per account
  • Provide customer support for clients via email, telephone, and ZenDesk, including service as needed during stat holidays, peak times, and staff absences
  • Resolve general client issues related to account, website, technical, or business
  • Collaborate closely with the Creative Research and Marketing teams to fulfill client content needs
  • Assist sales team with competitive research and lead generation
  • Work with Sales Lead & Legal to negotiate master agreements, contract terms, and partnership arrangements
  • Assist Marketing in creating account profiles and personas for key accounts, and track all relevant customer information in the CRM to report on customer findings
  • Attend industry events, community meetups, and client meetings on Stocksy’s behalf
